Shipping & Delivery Policy
Orders are packed and handed off to the carrier the same business day whenever possible — that's our promise. Transit time after handoff is determined by USPS and your location, typically 2–5 business days.
Free shipping on all orders over $199. No code needed — applied automatically at checkout.
Higher-value cards ship with signature confirmation required. If you'd like to add insurance to your package, contact us before ordering and we'll provide a quote.
If It's Sports is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit by the carrier. Insurance is available for exactly this reason — we recommend it for high-value orders.
Card Condition
Trading cards are mass-produced collectibles. Cards pulled from packs — including buyback products — can have factory flaws: dinged corners, whiting, print lines, centering issues, and surface imperfections. These occur during manufacturing and handling before the card ever reaches us. We make no condition or grade guarantees on cards from sealed product or ungraded buyback items.
Card values are based on current market pricing for the product. We price by what hobby boxes and break spots actually sell for — not projected or perceived future value.
Returns — Single Cards & Supplies
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Not eligible for return: gift cards, sealed product, and group breaks. All sales on these items are final.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. For returns over $75, we strongly recommend a trackable shipping service — we cannot issue refunds for returns we never receive.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm receipt and approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Partial refunds may be issued for items returned damaged, incomplete, or not in original condition for reasons not due to our error.
If your refund hasn't appeared after 10 business days, check with your bank or card issuer first — processing times vary. Still missing? Email support@ifitssports.com and we'll track it down.
Sale items are final sale and not eligible for refund.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. Email support@ifitssports.com with photos and we'll make it right.
